Only recently opened, the” Karoo Kiosk” offers some fantastic local Karoo products!
We sell some interesting books from local Karoo cuisine to interesting places to visit. Lovely olives, pickled garlic and the most amazing tomato chutney from “Timeless tomatoes” in the upper Karoo.
Sheepskin products from Belinda Kruger in the Burgersdorp area make fantastic gifts. We also support Flock, Ladies of the Karoo! A community project started by Zahn Spies from the Phillips town area. Local women producing some amazing hand crafted articles to secure an income for themselves and their families. From slippers, scarfs, beads all signed personally by the Ladies of the Karoo.
